Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, it will be easier for us to assist you promptly and you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request an exchange or return directly from your account
  • Add pieces you love or missed out on to your Wish List
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker in future

How do I reset my password?

If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.

How can I exchange or return an item?

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).

Create your return here, or if you are a registered user, by logging in your account.

Why are some items marked as final sale?

All Personalised and customised orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns other than in exceptional circumstances. Such as but not limited to – Candles, fragrance, body care, and aerosols cannot be exchanged or returned due to transport restrictions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you offer price adjustments on sale items?

Please note, we are unable to offer a price adjustments on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price and are unable to apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders or Corporate Gifting?

We are pleased to extend a 15% discount on orders over 10 units, and a 25% discount on orders over 40 units.

These discounts are automatically applied at checkout and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers.

Order Processing FAQs

What packaging options can I chose from?

  • Basic Packaging
    Our basic packaging uses fewer materials and has less of an impact on the environment. In this more sustainable option, you can receive your purchases wrapped in tissue and placed in a FSC-certified, recyclable, brown cardboard box. 

  • Gift Packaging
    Your order will be placed in one of our gift boxes and tied with ribbon. All our packaging materials are FSC-certified and fully recyclable.

  • Sale
    All sale purchases will be shipped in basic packaging.

  • Beauty
    Your beauty items will be sent in a sealed compostable bag made from bio-based materials.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, likely sooner depending on your selection at checkout for our 4-hour delivery option within Metro Dubai.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at customercare@thisisinara.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

How do I request a new return label?

If you have misplaced your return label, you can request a replacement in the 'My Orders' section in your account, or if you placed an order as a guest, by entering your order details please email customercare@thisisinara.com with your order number and we’ll email you with a label attached in the next 48 hours to the email used to place your order.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.

If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email customer care as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.

Payment FAQs

What payment methods are available?

TOMORROW, NOW LLP Trading as This is In a ra, accepts the following payment methods. Please note, available payment options may change depending on the items within your shopping bag. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.

Store Credit:

If you have store credit and are logged in to your account at the time of purchase, this payment method will be used automatically. You can pay any remaining balance with a payment method of your choice.

Credit Card:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

Apple Pay:

Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact information to confirm payment.

Do you offer Tabby or Tamara on bulk orders?

Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not offer any BNPL payment methods globally but we are working closely to offer these in the very soon future.

What payment security do you offer?

All trading entities of TOMORROW, NOW LLP such as This is In a ra uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.

TOMORROW, NOW LLP or any of it's trading entities, partners or it's established entities will never ask you to pay for additional services or delivery fees by email, SMS or any other form of communication. Should in rare instances we will we will coordinate more verifiable traceable options. Please ensure you are diligent in processing payments under your order. Our payments are processed via Shopify Payments and/or Stripe both of which are PCI compliant and selected dependent on the purchasing location. We disclaim any liability arising from their performance or actions.

Payment terms and conditions are subject to the provider's policies based on the purchasing location.

PSD2 Authentication

If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to thisisinara.com

Saved card details

To make shopping quicker in future, you have the option to safely store your credit card details.

Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last four digits so that you know which card you’re using.

You can choose not to save your card details by unchecking the box on the payment page. If you change or add a new address, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.

Will I be charged Taxes & Duties for my orders?

For UAE Customers, the total you pay when placing your order includes all duties and tax owed. Please note, you will not be charged any further costs when your delivery arrives.

Where possible taxes and duties will be calculated according to your shipping destination. These are displayed prior to completing your purchase and if charged, you will not be liable for any duties and taxes upon your delivery. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.  

For International Customers, your order may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. As these fees can be unpredictable, TOMORROW, NOW LLP and it's trading entities not having access to up to date information.

Your local customs authority determines this charge and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. TOMORROW, NOW LLP nor it's trading entities will not collect these fees unless listed at the time of purchase.

Duties & Taxes may be collected by one of our shipping partners once the item has arrived. For more information please refer to our Shipping & Delivery help page.

What if I refuse to pay Taxes & Duties or accept my delivery?

We are sorry to hear you have refused your order. In the event of refusing your order delivery, once we have received your returned order we will contact you to begin the process of a refund for the items, minus the shipping fee and any costs incurred. 

If you don't agree with duty charges presented to you, please contact the carrier. We are not able to pay taxes & duties or refund any of these charges for your order.

If your order was placed with our free international shipping, then we will deduct the cost incurred for returning your order back to the our warehouse.
